Energetic harmonization of buildings, industrial sites and infrastructures
Some disturbances are not visible.
Yet they can deeply influence places, the people working within them and sometimes even the overall functioning of a site.
For several years, I have been working on the energetic structures of buildings, land areas and the vibrational networks that pass through them.
Through the Reiki Verseau energy that I have been channeling since 2007 and intuitive work developed over time, I work remotely on the Earth's energetic grid in order to help restore a more harmonious circulation of energies in certain places.
Today, I offer this approach to various professional and industrial environments.
Why work on an industrial site?
A building is not only a physical structure. It also possesses an energetic dimension that constantly interacts with:
• the people present on the site,
• human tensions,
• accumulated emotional charges,
• the history of the land,
• natural vibrational networks,
• certain invisible disturbances,
• and the collective dynamics that develop over time.
In some places, these imbalances may gradually generate a feeling of heaviness or energetic saturation. This may manifest itself in different ways:
• general fatigue,
• relational tensions,
• heavy atmosphere,
• difficulty concentrating,
• reduced team fluidity,
• a feeling of exhaustion in certain areas,
• fatigue or high staff turnover,
• a feeling of unexplained discomfort,
• or the impression that a site continuously “absorbs” human energy.
I do not work on machines, technical processes or material aspects. My work concerns only the subtle energetic dimension of places.
What does my intervention consist of?
The work is carried out entirely remotely. Through Reiki Verseau techniques and an intuitive perception of the Earth's energetic grid, I work on:
• the vibrational structures of the site,
• certain areas of energetic imbalance,
• accumulated emotional charges,
• disturbances present within buildings,
• overall energetic circulation,
• and the vibrational harmonization of the place.
Each site possesses its own energetic signature. Therefore, there is no standardized protocol. The work is intuitively adapted to each environment.
A complementary approach
This approach obviously does not replace:
• legal obligations,
• safety regulations,
• occupational medicine,
• technical interventions,
• or human and managerial approaches.
It's intended solely as a complementary approach designed to promote a more harmonious energetic environment.
For ethical reasons, I don't intervene on buildings, infrastructures or industrial sites located in active war zones or directly connected to armed conflicts.
A trial period before any commitment
I don't wish to offer services based solely on promises.
For this reason, a trial period is proposed before any collaboration begins.
This phase allows site managers and teams to freely observe whether any perceptible change appears within the general atmosphere of the place.
The trial period generally lasts a minimum of 7 days but may be extended if necessary. No financial commitment is required before this preliminary phase.

My approach
I am a former Belgian criminal investigator, now retired.
For many years, I have been developing personal energetic work based on Reiki Verseau, which I have been channeling since 2007, remote energetic treatments and vibrational harmonization of places.
Over time, I discovered a particular perception of terrestrial energetic structures and vibrational networks present within certain environments.
I don't seek to convince anyone. I simply offer an experimental and intuitive approach to people who are open to this type of work.

H3 — Pricing and contractual conditions
The applicable rates mainly concern enclosed and covered locations and are calculated per square hectare.
The surface area of each floor within buildings must be taken into account.
For uncovered outdoor areas, the applicable rate corresponds to 50% of the rate applied to enclosed and covered locations.
Large-capacity transport structures (ships, ferries, trains, mobile platforms, major transport infrastructures, etc.) benefit from the same monthly rate as enclosed and covered locations.
Specific services such as:
• events,
• temporary interventions,
• harmonization of specific areas,
• temporary energetic harmonization during opening hours,
• or special requests,
are subject to a customized quotation.
Each service is payable monthly before execution.
The client may terminate the collaboration at any time without prior notice.
However, any started period remains due and will continue until its completion.
Currently, we are not subject to VAT.
Additional services for offices and company teams
In addition to large industrial infrastructures, I also offer energetic harmonization services for smaller office environments and professional workspaces. Read the information here. Page in French.
I also provide remote energetic treatments for company staff members.
These treatments are transmitted remotely and therefore don't require employees to interrupt their professional activities or travel to a practitioner's office.
Depending on the company’s internal organization, these services may also be integrated into general well-being, team-building or quality-of-life-at-work initiatives.
Preferential monthly subscriptions are available for groups starting from 10 people.
All staff-oriented subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period without obligation.
